We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together are changing the way the world communicates.Position Available at Multiple Skyworks locations: San Jose, CA (preferred), Woburn or Andover, MA; Irvine, CAWe are seeking engineering talent with expertise in developing RF/Microwave RF SOI IC in the concept, design, integration, and delivery of complex multi-chip, multi-technology RFIC-based wireless module solutions. In this Module Design Team, you will be participating in developing cutting-edge, state-of-the-art PA, RF switches, LNAs and front-end modules for Automotive and IoT applications to enable the industry transformation to next generation super data highway.Job Responsibilities

  • Design, verify, and productize SOI IC in module solutions
  • Block Level planning, design and tape-out schedule management
  • Analysis of design trade-offs in cost, risk, and performance
  • Guide activities across multiple functions, such as layout, verification, test, and manufacturingJob Requirements
    • Hands on design experience in a variety of high-performance Analog and RF products
    • Mid-level RF design experience, such as switch and LNA, in SOI with Cadence and ADS
    • Comfortable with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulation
    • Good understanding of IC design flow, full life-cycle experience on multiple products
    • Knowledge of digital communication systems
    • Good communication and leadership skills
    • Min MSEE + 5 years of experienceThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $110,600 - $210,600 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
