children's lives. Your Role as an ABA Behavior Technician As a
part-time ABA Behavior Technician at Learning ARTS, you'll play a
pivotal role in positively impacting the lives of children with ASD
and their families. Your responsibilities will include: A Day in
the Life Travel to the clinic or the client's home for therapy
sessions. Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventions as per
the behavior intervention plan. Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy
sessions, focusing on skill development and social interactions.
Set up an exciting environment for the client, complete with
therapy materials. Attend team meetings to track progress and
discuss treatment plans. Use data collection tools to measure
progress. Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment strategies.
Provide support and guidance to the client's family. Document
session notes and complete required paperwork. Ensure a clean and
organized therapy environment.Please Note: Some therapy sessions
may be at the clinic, while others will be at the client's home.
This part-time position typically offers weekday hours from 2 PM to
7 PM, accommodating client and family availability. Qualifications
Ability to actively engage with kids for 20 minutes at a time.
Availability for at least 12 hours per week (afternoons and
evenings). You must be able to work 3 hour shifts sometime between
the hours of 2pm and 7pm at least 3 days a week. Strong
interpersonal and teaching skills. Proficiency in computers and
writing. High School diploma or GED. Proof of Immunization (MMR and
Varicella). Learning ARTS will assist in getting the needed
immunization records. Reliable transportation. U.S. work
authorization. Military service is a plus. Physical ability to
stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift 50 lbs. Diversity &
